Terms & Conditions

Pocketed ("we", "us") runs getpocketed.co.uk. By creating an account or becoming a member you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Pocketed lists offers from third parties (banks, cashback sites, apps and others) and works out the likely profit. We are not a bank, a financial adviser or a gambling operator, and we don't give financial advice. Offers are run by the providers, who decide who qualifies and whether a reward is paid.

Profit figures assume you meet every condition of an offer. Offers can change or end without notice. Always read the provider's own terms before you start.

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Keep your login details safe. One account per person. We may close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Founding lifetime membership. For our first 100 members, membership costs £19.95, paid once. "Lifetime" means you keep full member access for as long as Pocketed runs this service; there are no renewals and you will never be charged again for it. If we ever close the service, we'll tell you at least 30 days before. Once 100 founding places are taken, the offer ends and new members pay the price below.

3-month membership. Costs £24.95 for 3 months, paid once up front. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another 3 months. If you buy again while you're still a member, the new months are added to the end of your current membership, and it ends 3 months after that.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Membership starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. There's nothing to cancel. Apart from our money-back promise below and your legal rights, payments are not refundable.

If you don't make back your membership payment from offers listed on Pocketed within the first month of your membership, we'll refund that payment.

To qualify, you must:

• have completed at least three offers listed on Pocketed during that month, following our guides;
• have been eligible for those offers under the provider's terms;
• mark what you completed in the "My earnings" tracker;
• email us within 14 days after the end of that first month, with reasonable proof (for example screenshots of the account opened or the reward pending).

Rewards that are confirmed but not yet paid by the provider count as made. The promise covers your first membership payment only, once per person, and doesn't cover any costs, fees or losses on the offers themselves. If we refund you, your membership ends. We'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approving your claim.

The calculator is a tool only. Betting involves risk: odds change, and bookmakers can limit or close accounts. You must be 18+. If gambling stops being fun, visit BeGambleAware.org.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We're responsible for losses caused by us breaking these terms, but not for losses caused by third-party providers, by offers changing, or by you not meeting an offer's conditions.

We may update these terms. If a change affects your membership, we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't agree.
