How to get it

1. 1Open a First Direct 1st Account online or through the mobile app.
2. 2Initiate a full switch using CASS and move at least two Direct Debits or standing orders.
3. 3Pay in a minimum of £1,000 within 45 days of opening.
4. 4Register and log into the First Direct mobile banking app.
5. 5Use your debit card to make at least five purchases within 45 days.
6. 6Receive £175 paid into your account by the 20th of the following month.

Conditions to watch

Must be a brand new First Direct customer who has not held any First Direct account or opened an HSBC current account since 1 January 2018. Must complete a full CASS switch with 2+ Direct Debits or standing orders, pay in £1,000, log in to digital banking, and make five debit card transactions within 45 days.
